The Learning Club
The Learning Club is dedicated to discussions and sharing resources on anti-racism, and learning how to facilitate conversations around privilege and power. Together we will read, watch, and listen to texts by people of color; learn and practice activities that could be facilitated with adults, peers, and younger girl scouts; and have a place to share and process our own experiences with discrimination.
This committee will first be facilitated by a staff member with the goal that girls will be able to co-facilitate The Club themselves by the end of the school year.
Meeting dates: 11/19, 12/17, 1/14, 2/18, 3/18, 4/15, 5/13, and 6/17 meetings run 6pm-7:30pm.

Fees: $0 per girl
Please Note: Discounts codes do not apply to in-person council camp sessions, volunteer-run camps, service unit events, and council events with fees less than the discount's value.
